Reservation Rules and Advice for New Members

1. The class can be booked up to 7 days in advance. Booking Time 7.00 am – 12.00 pm.

2. Please arrive 15 minutes before class starts to sign in at the Front Desk. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you will not be allowed to enter the class. We reserve the right to allow walk-in members to take your spot, and your reservation will be deducted from your package. The class that deduct does not allow rebooking or use for other classes.

3. New members recommend to attend at least 1 Foundation before attending the class.

4. Please wear Grip socks at all times when attending Pilates classes for safety and hygiene reasons.

5. First timers recommended the spots that are indicated with a notice.

6. Late Cancellation policy.

    • Class cancellation can be made for FREE 6 hours before the class starts.
    • Cancellation within 6 hours of class time will result in one class deduction from your package.

7. No Show policy.

In case of ‘No Show’ (no attendance without any cancellation), one additional class (on top of your reserved class) will be deducted from the class- card package respectively (total 2 classes).

8. If the class is full, you can sign up for the waitlist. If you get a spot in the class, the system will send a notification to your email for you to confirm your attendance.

9. Set your phone to ‘Do Not Disturb’ mode or store it in a locker while in class.

10. During practice, you may take breaks if needed.

12. Please ensure that you have rest and do not workout on an empty stomach.

13. Form-fitting pants and a light breathable top are recommended.
