Prepare yourself

Before the Class

Hydrate: Staying hydrated is key. Be sure you drink enough water before, during and after your class. If you forgot a bottle, water is available to purchase at the studio.

Eat: Please do not workout on a fasted state. We recommend eating a meal a few hours before or a light snack up to an hour before the ride to ensure your sugar levels are not too low. We want you to feel energized and pumped up!

Gear Up: Workout in style! We suggest wearing form-fitting leggings or shorts and a light breathable top.

Please make sure you bring your grip socks. They are mandatory for class and are available for purchase at our studio.

What to Bring

Just your smile and a positive attitude! We’ve got you covered on all other fronts. We sell water at the studio if you forgot your bottle. We provide everything from face & bath towels to shower and grooming amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, deodorant, etc.)

We have a strict no-phones-in-class policy. Please leave your phone in your locker or on silent mode, so that you and everyone around you can enjoy your workout without any distractions.

Studio Etiquette.

Arrive early.
Please make sure you arrive 15 minutes before class and check-in at the Front Desk.
If you are a *first-timer, please inform our staff, and they will take you around the studio

*Remember, all first-time riders are required to take a Foundation Class before joining their first class!
5 Mins Before Class.

Five minutes before the start of the class, we will release the bikes/reformers of those who have not arrived yet. 
These reformers will be made available to Walk-In customers first.
If you did not check-in before the 5-minute mark, you will be marked as NO SHOW and 1 class credit will be deducted.

Reservation Rules and Advice for New Members

1. The class can be booked up to 7 days in advance. Booking Time   7.00 am   – 12.00 pm.
2. Arrive 15 minutes early to sign in before access the class. Those who exceed the 5-minutes grace period will not be allowed to attend the class. It will be called a late arrival  and the system will automatically  deduct your class / day from your current package. The class that deduct does not allow rebooking or use for other classes.
3. New members need to attend at least 1 Foundation before attending the class.
4. Grip Socks are mandatory for safety and hygiene purposes.
5. First timers recommended the spots that are indicated with a notice.
6. Cancellations that are made less than 6 hours before the start of the class or no-show will result in a one-class/day deduction.  If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation so that spots can be assigned to others on the waitlist.
7.  In case of ‘No Show’ (no attendance without any cancellation) one additional class or day (on top of your reserved class) will be deducted from the class- card package
8. Join our waitlist! Spots usually open on the day. Once confirmed, notifications will be sent to you via email for submit confirmation.
9. Water bottles are mandatory. Stay hydrated!
10. Turn on ‘Do not Disturb’ or leave your phone in the lockers.
11. If you feel tired during class, please take your time to rest!
12. Please ensure that you have rest and do not workout on an empty stomach.
13. Form-fitting pants and a light breathable top are recommended.
