Designed for those new to the Pilates reformer to learn the basic fundamentals of Pilates reformer exercises and build a strong foundation. Get ready to pop, rock, and Pilates your way to a stronger, more agile you.

POP COR(N)E

Give your abs a blast with POP COR(N)E. This class is dedicated to sculpting, defining, and strengthening your core muscles through a fusion of Pilates-inspired movements and dynamic exercises.

POP BOD

A comprehensive workout that challenges and tones your entire body.  Designed to target every muscle group, leaving you feeling invigorated, strong and ready to conquer anything.

POP BOOTY

Designed to tone and lift your lower body targeting your glutes, hamstrings, and quadricep, this class combines Pilates principles with targeted exercises to give your booty the attention it deserves.

POP UP(PER BODY)

Elevate your strength, sculpt your arms, and enhance your overall upper body fitness with an upper body focused class that will leave you feeling empowered and energized.

POP HIIT

A dynamic whole body workout that seamlessly blends Pilates-inspired movements, cardio bursts and strength training that delivers results.

What to Bring to Pilates Classes?

Wear comfortable workout clothes. 
Grip Socks are mandatory for all Pilates classes.
Bring a water bottle.
If you’ve forgotten to bring your socks: fear not, you can purchase one at the studio. 
We have a strict no-phones-in-class policy. Please leave your phone in your locker or on silent mode, so that you and everyone around you can enjoy your workout without any distractions.

How to Check-in

Arrive at least 15 minutes before class to sign in and prepare. 
If you’re new to Pilates, we recommend arriving early to get set up. 
Please note: Foundation Class is mandatory for all First-Timers at POP Pilates Bangkok. If it’s your first time at our studio, make sure to sign up for a Foundation Class to familiarize yourself with our equipment before class starts.
