Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable
All our packages are strictly non-refundable. If you are unsure if you will be able to finish your package in the set validity time, then consider purchasing a smaller package.
Non-Extendable
All our packages have an expiration date and are strictly not extendable.
This is because you are not purchasing a monthly membership. If you have an irregular schedule or travel a lot. Then we recommend purchasing a smaller package.

Package Activation Policy
All purchased packages must be activated within 3 months from the date of purchase.
Cancellation and No-Show
1. Class cancellation can be made for FREE 6 hours before the class starts.
2. Any cancellation less than 6 hours before class starts will be considered as ‘Late Cancellation’, resulting in automatic deduction of class/day from the current package.
3. If you fail to attend a class you have booked for, it will be marked as a ‘No Show’, resulting in automatic deduction of class from the current package, along with an additional class deduction. (The total deduction is 2 classes)
4. If members book a class but arrived late and are not allowed to attend the class, it will be considered as a ‘Late Arrival’, leading to automatic deduction of class from current package
